Chef Sal, hailing from Castronovo di Sicilia, grew up in a family that cherished the art of Italian cooking. His passion for creating authentic Italian dishes was kindled early on, as he mastered family recipes. In retirement, Chef Sal now shares his love for cooking by making small batches of his favorite recipes each week, allowing others to savor the true flavors of Italy and the warmth of his family's culinary traditions.
